Founded in 2011 on the beautiful Atlantic award winning island of Providenciales, Turks & Caicos Islands, by the late Rev. E. Conrad Howell, one of TCI’s shepherds, nationalist, advocate, and freedom fighters, along with his wife Brikell Howell, are the visionaries of UCP. UCP opened it's doors on September 8th, 2014.

Programs are available online and in blended learning format and include UCP’s Second Chance (Adult High School Diploma Program for students 16yrs and older), Continuing Education Courses, Career Certifications, and Diplomas, Undergraduate Certificates and Degrees.
UCP is licensed as a Non-Profit organization in the Turks and Caicos Islands, and have met the criteria of the Turks and Caicos Islands Higher Education Board via the Ministry of Education Youth and Sports. UCP in collaboration with our international affiliates Penn Foster College, and Cengage Learning Ed2go, offer programs accredited by DEAC http://www.deac.org/, AdvancEd, ACTE, the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET), and CHEA , just to name a few. Every day UCP is embracing opportunities to form new partnerships and affiliations with a proven record for high standards in Adult and Higher Education for the continuous advancement of students in the Turks and Caicos islands.
